Driving while intoxicated (DUI) is a significant infraction — so serious that insurers in our study increased average rates by 71%. Fred Loya had the lowest rates for these drivers, charging only $2,134 per year. That's more than $3,000 less than the city's average for DUI drivers, which is $5,312.
